Booking Conditions

Bookings are subject to accommodation availability and payment confirmation. 

To confirm the booking, the guest must make the respective payment, as stated in the advertisement. 

The rates for bookings, cancellations, and other conditions are those stated in the advertisement at any given time.
All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.

 

For the purposes of the previous paragraph, all guests of foreign nationality must provide all information relating to their identification, by the check-in date at the latest, using the Accommodation Form.

 

Guests must notify the host of any damage to the accommodation, contents, equipment, or accessories that occurs during their stay, even if the guest considers the damage to be normal wear and tear and not their fault. If the guest does not notify the host of such damage, they may be held liable for it.

 

Changes and Applicable Law

 

The host reserves the right to update their terms and conditions at any time, as necessary.

 

These terms and conditions are subject to Portuguese law. The Portuguese courts have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of legal action relating to any reservation.

 

 

Payment methods

Reservations can be paid for by American Express, Visa, Maestro, or MasterCard credit cards.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (unless another period is indicated in the advertisement).

Conditions of stay

The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and must stay in the reserved accommodation for the entire duration of the stay. Guests under the age of 18 can only be accommodated if accompanied by an adult who is the holder of the reservation.

The person making the reservation must provide a valid telephone number and email address.

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. 

Under the terms of Article 45(1)(a) of the Convention implementing the Schengen Agreement, the accommodation of foreign nationals must be reported to the SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service), meaning all those who do not have Portuguese nationality.
